CAD Custom Order
Our custom process starts with a CAD design that shows a highly realistic image of the ring from four different views, along with proportion sizes on the hand in three additional views, including measurements and engraving placement. CAD delivery typically takes 3-5 working days, depending on the project's complexity.

We meticulously curate each diamond to ensure that you get only the best - without any tint and featuring excellent polish and symmetry.
We offer the option for you to purchase from our curated selection of diamonds and vendors, or you can choose your own diamond from our diamond portal. Our diamond portal features up-to-date inventory of all the highest quality available diamonds. With Magdalene Pivoine, you don’t have to compromise on quality or size to create the diamond ring of your dreams.
Our center diamonds are DEF and VS1 clarity and come with a grading report from GIA, IGI, or GCAL. Each center diamond is laser-inscribed with a serial number that matches the grading report.
Our side diamonds are of VS clarity and DEF color (whereas the industry standards are GHI and SI) to provide you with the most exceptional end piece.

Warranty
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Magdalene Pivoine offers a complimentary lifetime warranty against all manufacturing defects.
If you experience any damage to your purchase as the result of the manufacturing, please contact our customer service and we will provide you with the label to ship your piece to us.
Resizing
If you are unsure about the ring size, we will send you a free ring sizer by simply selecting 'Send me a ring sizer' option when you place an order. Additionally, we offer complimentary resizing for bridal custom purchases (engagement rings and non-eternity set rings) within the first six months of delivery, with adjustments of up to 1 size up or down from the original size (to maintain the ring’s integrity). Any additional resizing may incur a charge.
