US RETURNS
If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a full refund or store credit within 15 days of your order shipment date. Items submitted for return after 15 days of your order shipment date, will receive store credit only in the form of MagdalenePivoine.com gift card. After 30 days, items will not be accepted for return.
Please note that custom orders, altered, engraved or that have been previously exchanged are not returnable or exchangeable.
Rush fees and shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not pay for shipping, duties or taxes of items returned to us.
Items must be unworn and returned in new and original condition. Sale and personalized items are final sale and non-returnable.
Starting a Return
All returns must be approved by Magdalene Pivoine and issued a Return Authorization (RA) Number. To start your return, email us to the link below to be directed to our Returns Center. Please allow our customer service team 3-5 business days to approve your return.
