If you experience any damage to your purchase as the result of the manufacturing, please contact our customer service and we will provide you with the label to ship your piece to us. 

If you are unsure about the ring size, we will send you a free ring sizer by simply selecting 'Send me a ring sizer' option when you place an order. Additionally, we offer complimentary resizing for bridal custom purchases (engagement rings and non-eternity set rings) within the first six months of delivery, with adjustments of up to 1 size up or down from the original size (to maintain the ring’s integrity). Any additional resizing may incur a charge.
